Leevenspark.com was founded in October 2009 and since then, my journey with you guys has been tremendous. A couple of you guys wanted to become our valuable guest author here at LS (LeevenSpark), so I believe we should have a 'Write for Us' page now
1. By writing the posts in our site on different topics so that the readers will have something new valuable information will be given to them which will be helpful to them.
2. As the authors will help us in writing the post and clicking the ads we all can increase the traffic of the website and more benefits to the author and the site owner.
3. Some of the benefits like he will be the best author of the blogging site and within the profits, 2% of the amount will be handed over to the selected Authors.
Q. Will Your Post Be Accepted?
Why Not? You guys are like my brothers, sisters or at least friends. So as far as your basic English sentence structure is right, and you have something 'valuable' for the readers to have, you just don't need to worry about anything. Just give it a shot!
Reason - 1 Contact Blog Author Humbly
Learn the game of words. Everybody of us likes appreciation. That's our nature as human beings. So simply shoot out a polite email to the blog author (owner/moderator) and mention that you wish to write a guest post for their blog.
Do talk about your relationship with the blog and how exactly you found his blog. In case you're a regular reader of his blog and he knows you well, then this part might not be needed. This actually helps in making up a mind map for the relation between, you as a guest author and him as a blog moderator.
Reason - 2 Mention Some Of Your Previous Guest Posts
This is a good idea. Say, it's your first time submitting a guest post, then sample guest posts always help. That would showcase your writing skills and would make it easy for the moderator to consider you as a guest author pre hand (even before he read your original guest posts). In case it's your first time writing a guest post, then simply have confidence in your skills and give your best shot to the guest posts your going to write. DON'T take this first one lightly. It's your resume, and it's the first impression that is going to build in the blogging community. If your writing makes up a mark in the moderator's mind, then he/she might not even recheck your posts and publish them straight away. It's how trustworthy your writing is.
Reason - 3 Always Mention The Topic You Wish To Write Upon, Pre hand
This is TOO important. If you would directly email your guest post to the moderator then there is a chance that that particular topic may already have been scheduled (by himself or any other guest author). That would waste up your previous time and demotivate you if the guest post doesn't get a life! So while writing up your guest post email, DO mention the topic that you wish to write upon.
Reason - 4 Submit The Guest Post Wisely!
This is a common mistake that we all make. We often get confused about the 'right way by which we could submit the guest post. Place yourself as a blog owner and wonder if somebody writes a guest post for your blog. How would you like him to submit the guest post to you?
Writing it up in email its self or attaching a word file works best. NEVER copy/paste the HTML code for the guest posts! It gives out a bad impression of you as an author.
So that's pretty much it. These are pretty basic points but indeed they would change the way you present yourself as a guest author.
Hope you liked the post.
Q. Is There Thing Extra That You Would Like To Add To The Topic?
Waiting to see in the comment section.
Q. What Will You Get In Return Of Your Guest Post?
Love first of all!
Promotion: Our loyal readers don't take a second to speak out their minds on any post, published. The BloggingeHow family loves to appreciate each other and together we all motivate each other on the road to become a Problogger! Secondly, when our guest authors reach a level of 5 guest posts (i.e they get rewarded the first medal (medals listed below), they are given the opportunity to add their social media sharing buttons to their author profile box below every post they write.
This would help them increase their Facebook followers through every post that they write for leevenspark!
Author Bio: You would be awarded a separate 'Author Box' below each of your Guest Post, that would have a short description about you, your social connections and your little cute profile picture. The box looks amazing!
