*Body mass index is determined by dividing your weight in Kg by the square of your height in metres. Eg: If your weight is 70 Kg and height is 156 cm then, your BMI = 70/[1.56]2 = 28.76 which means your are overweight.
**Ankle Brachial Index and pulse wave velocity are determined by a simple test called as the vascular profiler test.
